We will accept product returns for 45 days from the date of purchase. No credit will be given on returns received later than 45 days after the date of purchase.
All returns must be in “like new”, resalable condition unless there is a quality or construction issue. Shoes that have excessive wear will not be accepted as a return. Determination of “excessive wear” is the sole discretion of Oasis Footwear, LLC. Inserts may only be returned if not worn or heat-molded.
Oasis will not refund shipping costs nor pay for return shipping costs. If a consumer is exchanging product purchased on this website, Oasis will pay the cost of standard shipping of the new product to them. Oasis will not pay for shipping of new product to Dealers or Wholesalers exchanging product.
Any shoes returned must be returned in the original shoe box. Any damage to the box or packaging material will incur a $5 reboxing fee.
Customer must obtain a “RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER” by calling 1-866-430-6866 or by using the "RMA" feature on this website prior to returning item.
